However we in the region need to know the benefits and costs. Is the experience that the benefits outweigh the costs.
Secondly, some service providers tie the consumer to a one-year contract in some instances. I believe post paid cellular might be one. Is there an issue then that the consumer could be discouraged from NP if implemented and they are tied to a one-year contract.
I raise these questions purely for discussion and do not presume to have al the answers.
