While there might be merit to compare average prices, I am not sure show to do so without inherently skewing the results. As data caps increase, there tends not to be an immediately direct or proportional relationship between the size of the data cap and price. Hence, per GB, larger data plans will almost always be cheaper than smaller data plans.

In comparing identically-sized data plans, the focus is on trying to assess “apples against apples”. To do otherwise might not necessarily result in an easy comparison… 🙂
