One of the main issue that is missing from the above is the maintaining of the current IT infrastructure and whether that infrastructure can handle the demands put upon it.

I do think also that there will be an emphasis on mobile app development and training in animations. There should be more focus on us being producers/developers than being end users.

Apprentiships or courses to train people up to support these technologies. Inject the monies into the community so that your using the local resources and getting people to work.
