I am particularly interested in matters of cyber security, as this is one of the most pressing needs that Caribbean governments need to address, even as they seek to develop their infrastructure.

Without addressing this, the islands might as well just welcome any unscrupulous and unfriendly government or agency to take any information or data that they posses, and even use it against them or to hinder their growth.

Nevertheless, I am confident that in each island, that every effort is being made to train and qualify, to the highest standard possible, its staff and personnel in the most appropriate methods of securing themselves on-line.
