I am sure it is time to revisit the terminology, but the truth is that the space is still evolving. So though the current term, strictly speaking, might not be as inclusive as it perhaps ought be, or would only be accurate for a period of time before it needs to be revised…

This is so, even when what is encompassed in their frameworks and mandates nowadays is far beyond a computer. In the light of the definition/s of ICT given in the article, isn’t it time these revised the terminology?
