Whilst fixed line and broadband are being bundled, they are also being purchased separately by consumers, who rely on their mobile/cellular service for voice communication, and thus do not need a fixed-line service.

The decline in fixed voice but up tick in fixed broadband might suggest increases in cable broadband over ADSL… Interesting article.
