Secondly these schools do not get the cream of the crops so to speak and are at this level flooded with students with literacy n numeracy inadequacies among other learning problems.
Added to this are behavioural problems which impede the learning process and more time than not teacher’s time are wasted dealing with these children and this affect the learning process.
I agrees with all the points you make as they are head on. So many variables are at work out there that may cause setbacks n inhibit the progression of this initiatives.
More collaboration will be needed with all stakeholders across the board.
