Quo vadis? An excellent question, McHale!

Sometimes I wonder whether we, as Caribbean countries, truly have any idea where we want to go, or whether we are just trying to “keep up with the Jones”, i.e, other more developed countries…

Also, effecting change in the region, and even in individual countries, can be such a long drawn out process. Sometimes we can forget what we wanted to achieve in the first place, by the time the initial plan finally gets implemented!
