AirBnB is good for tourists and good for individuals making their homes and spare properties available to them for the short term. In Dominica we are routinely told that tourism is everyone’s business. AirBnB, Uber, and the like are ways to make that platitude a reality, and if that doesn’t suit politically connected larger players, to be honest that’s more of a plus in my book than a minus.
