I may not be very conversant with some of the Caribbean-centric terminologies used, but considering that the request is not a direct cash assistance, it merits some serious consideration.

As stated, lots of businesses will have suffered and in need of a “hand up”, eg the tourism sector. In my view it would be a case of prioritising ( more of who gets what first ) based on ability to quickly leverage that assistance and how essential ( broadly and comparatively ) the services/products are to the nation/region.
