Especially the last 2.points.

Probably helpful also to add that, as businesses we are all customers of customers …. of customers ….. in the great circle of interdependence. Others in this business ‘ecosystem’ may not wait for us to pick ourselves up when our processes and technological tools are crumbling. They would soon slip out of our customer base or, conversely, we would.
