DESCRIPTION:The HIPCAR Stakeholder Validation Workshop  on Cybercrime (e-Crimes)\, Interception of Communications\, Electronic Transactions and Electronic Evidence is held in Haiti (4-5 June 2013)\, kindly hosted by the Government of the Republic of Haiti\, in collaboration with the Conseil National Des Télécommunications (CONATEL)and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project. \nThe objectives of the Workshop are to adopt and validate the proposals for reform of the aforementioned framework to facilitate harmonization in accordance with the HIPCAR Model Policy Guidelines and Legislative Text. \nWho Can Participate \n\nThe workshop is addressed to relevant Governmental Ministries and Agencies\, Regulators\, Private Sector Companies\, and other stakeholders from relevant associations\, academia\, regional organizations\, etc. concerned with the Information Society Legislative Framework in Haiti\, a HIPCAR beneficiary country. \n\nMeeting Documents \n\nDraft Agenda\n\n  \n
