DESCRIPTION:ITU Telecom is proud to present its Young Innovators Competition 2013 edition\, offering young and talented social technopreneurs the opportunity to present their ideas to industry leaders on a global stage at ITU Telecom World 2013 in Bangkok\, Thailand\, from 19 -22 November.
