It is even more challenging to ensure that existing ICT development agendas are kept current and relevant to the needs of the country. Questions are always being asked, such as \u2013 \u201cAre we receiving the benefits of ICT as citizens?\u201d, \u201cAre our ICT policies supporting national development?\u201d, \u201cAre the services of Government being enabled by ICT?\u201d and \u201cAre we getting value for our ICT investments?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Given this background, the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU), in collaboration with Ernst &amp; Young Caribbean, is pleased to invite you to attend a training workshop on Crafting ICT Policy in the Information Age on 22nd September 2014 at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort, Frigate Bay, St. Kitts and Nevis.
