Caribbean – DIGICEL chairman Denis O’Brien has called again for over-the-top (OTT) platforms such as Google/YouTube, WhatsApp, Netflix and Facebook to be made to share a portion of revenues generated in the region with the telecommunication networks on which their services are accessed.
