The Commonwealth Telcommunications Organisation (CTO) in conjunction with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) will be holding a 3-day course on “Licensing in a Converged Environment“, which be held 11–13 February 2014, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
